    Tried! Will definitely be making again. Did not use bell pepper. Substituted cashew cream for coconut milk. Only used 2 tbsp garam masala. Added 1 tbsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp dried cilantro, 1 tbsp lemon juice. Would have added fresh ginger if I had any. Added 1 large potato, cubed, boiled and drained. Don't think I will add potatoes next time. Would like to know how to make this with out chunks of tomatoes? Will probably try crushed tomatoes next.
